Sadie Siviter de Paucar
Sadie Siviter de Paucar Bsc (Hons) was born and educated in Guernsey. She moved to London to study for a degree in Anthropology at University College London, graduating in 2000. Over the last 10 years she has spent her time working in Ecuador within the international development field and in Guernsey with various States departments, charities and a local research company.
She has worked for both international and grassroots organizations, including Amnesty International and UNESCO and with funding organizations such as USAID, UN agencies and private foundations. She spent three years working with an indigenous group in the Amazon coordinating project and field activities. Sadie has wide ranging experience in project, grant and donor management, along with writing reports, funding proposals and coordinating field and community activities. Having moved back to Guernsey in 2009, she is excited to have the opportunity to use her skills and experience to benefit the local community through the Foundation’s work.
