Charities Receive Risk Assessment Training
Local charities have benefitted from free expert Health and Safety and Risk Assessment training courtesy of Jon Coyde frm CopyCoy Health and Safety.
This small, practical workshop was a follow up to the session delivered earlier in the year and aimed to give charities some one to one advice and support.
Joni Nettleship, who organised the workshop said it was great to see corporate social responsobility in action,
"Jon has donated his time and skills to help charities become more confident and competent in risk assessment. This means that they have a greater awareness of how to keep people safe at all the events they organise. Jon has shared best practice and given lots of practical tips to ensure charities are on the right lines and we are very grateful for his voluntary work."
