The Guernsey Community Foundation is looking to recruit a Development Officer who will support charitable organisations across the Bailiwick.
The Development Officer will manage the Foundation’s volunteering and skills-matching programmes; commission new training courses for those working in the charitable sector; and help local businesses identify opportunities for partnership working. They will also be responsible for the Foundation’s PR and communications.
The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will be self-confident, organised and enthusiastic. As well as being able to work on their own initiative, they will be skilled at building productive relationships across the public, private and charitable sectors.
The position is full-time although part-time and flexible hours are negotiable.
