Poverty in Guernsey - an update
Last year, the Guernsey Community Foundation held a series of meetings and a public debate to explore the real areas of need in Guernsey and how those could be better measured, monitored and met in the future.
As a follow-up to those meetings, the Foundation engaged Island Analysis to carry out research based on similar jurisdictions worldwide and to make meaningful recommendations for future action in Guernsey.
Chris Brock of Island Analysis is now ready to present his findings and we would like to invite you to attend his presentation and to contribute to a group discussion on this important subject.
Date: Thursday 27 March.
Venue: Les Cotils - Harry Bound Room.
Format: Presentation of research findings followed by facilitated round-table discussions on how this information can be used to tackle poverty in Guernsey.
NB: There is a maximum capacity of 100 people for this event. Given previous demand, early acceptance of this invitation is recommended.
Please contact Laurel Le Tocq at the Guernsey Community Foundation in the first instance if you wish to attend. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 748056.
